Column packing material comprises of a fully endcapped trifunctional C18 ligand bonded to a Charged Surface Hybrid (CSH) substrate, enabling more reproducible chromatographic performance with better peak shape and recovery for metal-sensitive analytes. Column works particularly well with 0.1% formic acid for LC or LC-MS applications, and is specifically QC tested with a tryptic digest of cytochrome c using 0.1% formic acid containing eluents due to its low and carefully-defined concentration of positive charges.
