Description
Column packing material comprises of a fully endcapped mixed-mode C18/anion exchange bonding bonded to a highly retentive Ethylene Bridge Hybrid (BEH) 95Å substrate, providing a charge-based separation and supreme resolution for acidic glycan. Column is specifically QC tested with sialylated glycan performance standard to provide a complete charge-based separation solution.
