BEH Amide Column
Amide column designed to separated a range of very polar compounds, especially carbohydrates.
Waters Corporation
Description
Column packing material comprises of a trifunctional bonded amide ligand bonded to an Ethylene Bridge Hybrid (BEH) substrate, enabling separation of a wide range of polar analytes of differing polarity, structural moeity and pKa. Column is compatible with all modern detectors including MS, ELSD, UV, and fluorescence. Column is treated with MaxPeak High Performance Surface hardware technology to significantly reduce unwanted analyte/surface interactions so as to improve peak shape and minimise loss in signal intensity.
